WELCOME TO NOBLEBORO!
Please note there are many factors affecting your future tax bill. The mil rate is determined by factoring in, not only the assessments, but also the voter-approved budget and the State's revenue share. Your new assessment also does not include exemptions (Homestead, Veterans, Tree Growth, etc). The mil rate will not be determined until mid-July. Please reach out to KRT with any questions and to schedule a meeting. The ladies in the office are not able to answer questions.
